Nair Schinca and  Nicolas Schell

In 2013 they became Vice Champions of the World Tango Competition (Buenos Aires) in Tango Escenario (Stage) Category.

Nair and Nicolas started studying and dancing Tango almost 20 years ago.

Nair completed at Jose Neglia’s Dance School in Buenos Aires and after that she studied in ACETA (Academy of styles of Tango Argentino) learning with the most respected teachers and choreographers of Buenos Aires.

Nicolas is graduated in Tango UNA (National University of Arts) and his dance training includes Classic, Contemporary, Jazz and Hip Hop. At present, he is director and choreographer of the Tango Company of UNA.

In 2013 they became Vice Champions of the World Tango Competition (Buenos Aires) in Tango Escenario (Stage) Category.

Nair & Nicolas worked at Buenos Aires Most Famous Shows, Tango Houses & Milongas in such as : Stravaganza Tango, Rojo Tango (Faena Hotel Universe), Señor Tango, Esquina Carlos Gardel,Tango Porteño, Madero Tango, El Viejo Almacen, Gala Tango, La Ventana Tango Show, Complejo Tango, Madero Tango, La Viruta, La Baldosa, Club Gricel, Milonga 10, Confiteria La Ideal, Club Sunderland, amongst others.

  • They have participated in the following top rating TV shows in Argentina and around the world: Susana Giménez, Bailando 2012, Showmatch, TN, Almorzando con Mirtha Legrand.

  • Nair & Nicolas have been dancing all over the world performing in the best venues including; Colón Theatre (Buenos Aires, Argentina), Sadler’s Wells Theatre (London, UK), Peacock Theatre (London, UK), Oriental Arts Center (Shanghai, CHINA), Beijing Opera House (Beijing, CHINA), MAAG Music Hall (Zurich, Switzerland), Place Des Arts (Montreal, Canada), Tokyu Theatre Orb (Tokyo, Japan).

  • Also they have been members of different Dance Companies around the world: Mayoral and Elsa Maria Company, Mora Godoy Company, Latin Dance, Break the Tango, Tango Fire, Estampas Portenas, Roberto Herrera Company, Tango Legends, Tango Lovers, and Buenos Aires Tango, by Nelida Rodriguez, Milonga by Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui.
